Black Squirrel Bitters
• Black Squirrel Bitters were first created in 2010 in New York City, honoring the popular black squirrels of Reedsburg, WI, and the Black Squirrel Cocktail Lounge. They are currently produced in the Bootwood Laboratory, deep within the Batcave tunnels of Oz by Oz, located in downtown Madison, WI.
• These are made with toasted pecans, baking spices, sassafras, various roots, and citrus. Please know the Black Squirrel Bitters are always ready to impart unique flavor to any beverage beyond the famous Black Squirrel Old Fashioned. They can be used in a variety of cocktails and other beverages, such as Hot Toddies, Manhattans, or any cocktail using a brown spirit. Take a couple drops and adventure forever!
